About ME
Ten years before I enrolled in the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, I graduated from Davidson College, where I studied economics. I went on to work as a data analyst in Washington, D.C., and found myself working in bars and restaurants on nights and weekends, and cooking as much I could during my spare time.

After changing careers to follow my passion for food, I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2021, and subsequently moved to Gijon, Spain (with my amazing wife!) During the past year, I have developed and written over 500 paid recipes for a wide variety of clients. I recently began embracing my passion for creating recipe videos highlighting food that I am cooking in my tiny kitchen here in Gijon, which you can find here:
